When you use our design tool we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, photos of your home you choose to upload, your drawing markup, your lighting preferences, and basic marketing information about how you found us (for example, which ad or QR code brought you here).
Your photos are processed to generate the Christmas lighting visualizations you request. Your contact information is used to send you your design and estimate, and to follow up about your project. With your separate consent, we may send occasional marketing emails or text messages — you can opt out at any time.
To create your visualization, your home photo and markup are transmitted securely to our AI image-generation provider. Generated designs are stored in our own systems so you can access them later.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for anything other than producing your requested designs and preparing your quote.
We keep project information so we can honor quotes and service your installation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
