When you use our design tool we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, photos of your home you choose to upload, your drawing markup, your lighting preferences, and basic marketing information about how you found us (for example, which ad or QR code brought you here).
Your photos are processed to generate the Christmas lighting visualizations you request. Your contact information is used to send you your design and estimate, and to follow up about your project. With your separate consent, we may send occasional marketing emails. You can opt out at any time.
To create your visualization, your home photo and drawing are sent securely to our AI image-generation provider. The designs it makes are saved with your project, where you and our team can see them. We never post or share them without asking you. We keep your original photo and drawing so we can quote and plan your install.
We do not use cookies or ad trackers. So you can pick your design back up later, we save a small ID in your browser on your device, along with how you found us (for example, which QR code you scanned). We count visits and steps in the design tool on our own systems and do not share them with ad companies. Clearing your browser data removes the saved ID.
Card payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of each payment on your job.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for anything other than producing your requested designs and preparing your quote.
We keep project information so we can honor quotes and service your installation. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing 832lights@gmail.com.
